We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with both the rooms and the outdoor onsen spa being really clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the onsen with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The location was perfect, being on the outskirts of town while still being easily accessible to the center of Tokyo. The staff were attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

    Nothing that we didn't like.

Located near the center of Tokyo, Jinya Hadano offers a convenient retreat on the outskirts of town. With spacious and comfortable rooms, including private in-room bathrooms and onsens, guests can relax and unwind. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is a delicious multi-course affair. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and fun to explore.

Limited English-speaking staff may pose a communication challenge for some guests.

Spent Easter in a traditional Japanese hotel near Tokyo. the dishes were delicious and the hot spring was relaxing. There was also a beautiful garden to take a stroll in.

The location was not ideal, with very few options for things to do nearby. the language barrier was also a challenge, as no one spoke English and it made communication difficult.

The hotel location is remote, far from any entertaining options. it is conveniently located near the train station. the breakfast is multi-course and the staff speaks some English.

The hotel night stay is expensive and it is geared towards Japanese groups and weddings.

We had an amazing romantic escape to a traditional Japanese inn. The serene and calming atmosphere was perfect for our getaway. The outdoor onsen was our favorite part, surrounded by tall trees and chirping birds. The kaiseki dinner was exquisite, with a range of seasonal dishes carefully presented on beautiful dishes. The breakfast was equally satisfying with a mix of traditional Japanese and international options. The staff was attentive and prompt, providing excellent service.

The inn was a bit pricey for what we experienced, but we expected that since it was a traditional ryokan. , the location was a bit far from the city center, but easily accessible by train.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was amazingly spacious with every amenity I could ever want. The onsen was definitely a highlight, with both an indoor and outdoor option that provided a relaxing and authentic Japanese experience. The hotel grounds were also beautifully maintained and there was plenty of areas to explore. Additionally, the complimentary refreshments and snacks were a much-appreciated touch.

The town where the hotel is situated is quite dull with limited nightlife, which may not suit everyone's preferences. Getting around and communicating with the locals was also a challenge, as there weren't many English speakers in the area.
